Smoking among the teenagers will not only affect the breathing systems of the body but the reproductive system and the bones structures hence reducing their future productivity in work and in regeneration. Through advertisements the government should spear head the campaigns to make the college teenagers and young employees on the effects of smoking to human health.

The governments have been spending billions of shillings on the provision of health care the general public. By increasing taxation of the advertisements of tobacco products and increasing awareness of health effects of tobacco consumptions, most of governments budgets on health care bills and reduce death lost due to smoke caused illnesses as well as to reduce the loss of skilled manpower in the working sector.

Tobacco cultivation have increased to the loss of biodiversity, land pollution and air pollution through use of agrochemicals as well as soil degradation due to over-cultivation since the tobacco plants requires high amount of nutrients in the soils at higher amounts that other crop plants.
