The bibliography of Stephen Edwin Kings
Kings was born in Portland, Maine 21st September 1947 and was the second born child of Nellie Ruth and Donald whereby he was raised by the mother after the parents divorced. Stephen spent much of the childhood days in Durham, Maine where his mother was to look after Stephen grandparents. Following reactions from Davis, his mother had started to work in kitchen of Pineland, in nearby residential organization for the mentally challenge people (21). According to Badley, Stephen had attended a grammar school in Lisbon High school and later joined the University of Maine in Toronto where had started his writing career (124). He was an active participant in the university newspaper columns, member of the student senate and further more he was in students’ politics positions which granted him a chance to better his writing career at the foundation stage.
