      Studies Readings

      Read the following in Royse, Thyer, and Padgett’s Program Evaluation: An Introduction to an Evidence-Based Approach:

    • Chapter 5, “What Are Formative and Process Evaluation?,” pages 121–151.
    • Chapter 6, “Single System Research Designs,” pages 155–188.
    • Chapter 9, “Group Research Designs,” pages 227–275.Use the Library to locate four peer-reviewed journal articles that are relevant to your final project. Use these articles to complete this unit’s “Compare Data Collection Methods” discussion. Data Collection and Annotated BibliographyDiscussion 1: 1 page needed with minimum of 250 words and 2 references.

      Your research questions have led you to the methodology that helped you to answer the specific questions identified in the Unit 2 “Select a Clinical and Multicultural Population” discussion. Likewise, your methodology will direct the process of data collection. Use the peer-reviewed journal articles that you located in this unit’s studies. These articles should focus on similar methods of data collection that you have proposed in your own study.  Data Collection and Annotated Bibliography. For each article:

    • Provide the article citation, adhering to APA style and fo rmatting.
    • Include a three-sentence description of the study.
    • Compare the data collection method used in the study with that of your proposed study.
