First scenario: Group leader a black woman not getting respect from her
group particularly the women in the group. The groups consist of 4
white
women and 4 white men. How can the group leader go about having respect
from this group and also keep the groups on line during sessions? Diversity Competencies
Second scenario: A group leader having problems getting the group to
respect each other opinions in the women shelter home that were abused
involving domestic violence from their partners. The groups consists of
6 members, 5 over 40 years old and one 18years old. When discussing in
the group, the women over 40yrs did not respect the opinion of the
18yrs
old went talking about her partner in a positive way during the

The group leader wants to know what to do for them to get among during
