Pepsi Cola is a company that has in the business of manufacturing and selling soft drinks since the late 19th century. Pepsi Cola became a branded soft drink in the year 1898 and from this time the company and its products have grown and expanded to the extent that it is recognized in the whole world. By maintaining a very high competition in the United States of America, the company has been very successful financially which has been one of its competitive advantages. Pepsi Cola has been able to venture into the whole world particularly by starting and operating stores in different parts of the world. This company originates in the northern California but has gained a high market share in the whole of the country.
