the Palestinian issue could be the most complex issue of the last century, as well as in this century, And so with all its essential themes was the reason behind this complexity; refugees, borders, settlements, Jerusalem and security. These issues are the same issues that the two parties (Palestinians and Israelis) of the conflict in the middle east,  could not face it and prompting them to leave beyond till now.

the Asylum  was the fate for more than half of the Palestinian people by the war  of 1948 that took place in Mandatory Palestine, which coincided with the end of the British Mandate over Palestine and the creation of the State of Israel that  built on Palestinian land, and stood later for their return to their homeland and their homes, and even stood in front of their right to statehood and self-determination based on the same relevant legal basis upon which the termination of the Mandate and the establishment of the State of Israel, a decision by the General Assembly of the United Nations No. 181 issued on November 29, 1947, and still these Palestinian refugees deployed in neighboring countries and the whole world waiting for their return to their homes, as confirmed by the international community by a number of international resolutions and its basis, which was the most important decision is the General Assembly of the United Nations, the resolution No. 194 of December 11, 1948
