One of the most important projects or experiences I have undertaken in life is working as a waitress in restaurant. Conference Reflection working as a waitress in restaurant Conference Reflection I consider this the most important experience of my life because it opened me to the world of employment, making me realize the dynamics of work, especially when it comes to relating with the working colleagues and the customers. It was an eye opening experience through which I learned a lot of my strengths and weaknesses, creating an opportunity for self-reflection. The aim of this report is to discuss about my reflection of working as a waitress in the restaurant. The report will reflect on different aspect of my experience as a waitress including leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, and many others.
