Human behavior and thinking has been topic of great concern among world philosophers and scholars. This is so because human thinking and behavior is very distinctive in regards to various issues. In the book, “Current issues and enduring Questions: A Guide to critical Thinking and argument” by Barnet and Bedau, the nature of human thinking has been reviewed. The book has offered various topics by different authors who have decisively addressed the topics. In particular chapter 23; “what is the ideal society” and chapter 34 on “what is happiness have been the most interesting”. Despite that the two chapters have worthwhile ideas on human nature, there are significantly distinct in the style of writing by the various authors. This paper will compare and contrast two authors, Thomas More and Danielle Crittenden who have wrote interesting topics in the book.
