An organization is any social unit of people which is structured and manage to meet specified needs, or to pursue collective goals and has the management structure which determines the relationships between the different activities, members and issues it out responsibilities , and authority to achieve different task assigned. Codes of ethics in organization This are designed and documented statements which outlines the mission and the values of the business or any other formal organization and they dictate how the professions are supposed to be conducted, the approach the approach to the problems and the ethical issues based on the organizational principles and the core values with the standards to which the professions should be held.
