Dear Members of the Board,

RE: Committing the rebates

I am writing to provide expert advice on the best course of action for the commitment of the Carart rebates. Power gives utmost control to the managers, and it is natural to foresee that managers will use their power to maximize the market value of their firms alongside their utility.

Decision

The members of the board shall consider committing the rebates post 30th June with the bonus for the major shareholder being rewarded afterward without overstating the bonus itself.  This letter takes up the interests of the stakeholders of Carart Ltd to which I hope its follow-up shall enable the firm to make the right decision.

Yours Faithfully,
